Midweek Videos: "Live Again" and "Every Crooked Way"

I know I post these sporadically, but that's sorta on purpose.  I'll upload the video to YouTube, then sometime after that post it to FaceBook, then sometime after that post it to my blog, and then I may or may not link the blog of the YouTube video I've already posted on FaceBook back to FaceBook, all of this in order to catch the attention of someone who may or may not have already watched the video or even cared or anything else I can do in order to hopefully get another view on my video hashtag run on sentence win.

A major point in my songwriting "career" has been the two-year hiatus between the summers of 2008 and 2010 where, as the word hiatus indicates, I didn't write any songs.  The last song was a tribute to the style of Keith Green, who has long been a favorite of mine.  It's called "Live Again," and it's a conversation between me and God over the course of time in regards to how He wants me to live...again...and again, day after day.

After said hiatus, I felt an uncontrollable urge to write a song, which came out as "Every Crooked Way."  This song was written after listening to a few songs by Jimmy Needham (again -- need-ham or need-Him?), so there you have it.

And that's all I have for now.  But I definitely felt like they should be connected to one another in some blogular fashion.
